Our menu is a curated tasting experience — served as individual small bites.

Minimum of 2 items per booking. Minimum order: 50 pieces per item.

Minimum food investment: $1,000.

All items are served as individual canapé-style portions or single-serve cups.

Final menu selections are tailored based on your chosen package and guest count.

Kunu Zaki de Leche (Kunu Zaki & Horchata-inspired): $4.50/bottle

A rich, spiced millet-based drink finished with a creamy twist, offering a smooth and indulgent flavor profile.

A minimum order of 50 units per beverage selection is required.

Payment Terms

To secure your event date and begin preparation, a non-refundable retainer of 60% is required at the time of booking. This allows us to reserve your date, begin early procurement, confirm staffing and logistics.

The remaining 40% balance is due 14 days prior to your event date.

Please note that only the final 40% balance is eligible for refund consideration based on the event timeline and cancellation notice. Full details regarding cancellations and refunds are outlined in our Catering Service Agreement.

The Drop by Mulberry reserves the right to modify menu pricing, service charges, and operational policies at its discretion. All applicable updates will be communicated and reflected in the final confirmed proposal.

Beverage Service Add-On

Enhance your À La Cart experience with a curated beverage selection, presented in a styled chilled display for guests to enjoy throughout your event.

Beverage Station Fee

A flat beverage station fee of $150 is required to add this service to the À La Cart experience. This includes:

4ft chilled display cooler setup
Ice for full service duration
Transport and handling of beverages
Setup and breakdown of beverage station
Integration with overall cart presentation

Minimum Beverage Investment
A minimum beverage investment of $175 is required for all beverage add-ons.
