The Drop by Mulberry (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a food and catering business based in San Antonio, Texas, offering prepared foods, catering services, and market-based sales.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Payment is required in full before order fulfillment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. FOOD ALLERGIES & DIETARY INFORMATION

• Our kitchen handles common allergens, including but not limited to: dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and spices.

• While we strive to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and communicating allergies before ordering.

4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Market and same-day food sales are final and non-refundable.

• Catering or preorder cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to be eligible for a refund (percentage and proximity to event based, subject to finalization by The Drop by Mulberry)

• No refunds will be issued for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused food.

5. FOOD SAFETY & STORAGE

• Prepared foods should be handled and stored according to provided instructions.

• We are not responsible for food quality or safety once items have been handed over to the customer.

• Refrigeration and reheating instructions must be followed where applicable.

6. ALCOHOL & EXTRACT USE

• Some products may contain alcohol-based extracts or infused ingredients used for flavor.

• These products are intended for adults and are prepared in compliance with food safety standards.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content on this website, including text, images, branding, menus, and logos, is the property of The Drop by Mulberry.

• Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product or service.
