Serving events across San Antonio, our mobile catering experience offers Afro-inspired small bites with a live, structured flow guests can enjoy as they move, mingle, and connect.

How Service Works

  • Menu items are served as individual bites (per piece or batch)

  • Service is paced and rotated to ensure a continuous guest experience

  • Our team manages food flow and presentation throughout the event

  • Guests are served directly from the cart and with some options passed around on trays for an efficient & interactive experience.

Our menu is a curated tasting experience — served as individual small bites.

Minimum of 2 items per booking. Minimum order: 50 pieces per item.

  • DeBeef Shawarma Eggrolls
    Crispy egg rolls filled with spiced ground beef, aromatics, and our signature shawarma sauce. Served with sweet chili sauce.

  • Yaji Beef Bao Buns
    Soft steamed buns filled with yaji-spiced beef, satay sauce, pickled vegetables, and crushed honey-chili peanuts.

  • Peri-Peri Chicken Skewers
    Seared chicken skewers in a bold, tangy, and lightly sweet peri-peri-inspired marinade.

How Much Should You Order?

We recommend planning for 1–2 beverages per guest, depending on your event duration.

Payment Terms

To secure your event date and begin preparation, a non-refundable retainer of 60% is required at the time of booking. This allows us to reserve your date, begin early procurement, and confirm staffing and logistics.

The remaining 40% balance is due 14 days prior to your event date.

Please note that only the final 40% balance is eligible for refund consideration based on the event timeline and cancellation notice. Full details regarding cancellations and refunds are outlined in our Catering Service Agreement.

The Drop by Mulberry reserves the right to modify menu pricing, service charges, and operational policies at its discretion. All applicable updates will be communicated and reflected in the final confirmed proposal.
